It is situated on the 3rd floor, and gives onto 2 calm and quiet courtyards with double exposure (north & south). It is perfect for a couple, or a small family with one child.

-a 20m2 (200 sq ft) living room with comfortable (200 x 150 cm) fold-out sofa bed and dining area for 4. It is fully equipped, with flat-screen TV with cable, wi-fi internet, home cinema and excellent sound system.

Neighborbood Overview:

Conveniently situated in the very heart of the city, it is easy to explore the city center by foot: Chatelet and Beaubourg (5 min walk); Notre Dame, île St. Louis, Bastille and the Latin Quarter (10 minutes walk). The Louvre is 3 stops away by metro or a 15 minutes walk along the Seine.

In the pedestrian road across the street and the surrounding area, you’ll find several supermarkets including 2 organic grocers, fashion boutiques, crafts shops, major brand stores, art galleries, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and jazz clubs - all within walking distance.

On Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning there is an open-air market just 5 minutes from the apartment and the nearby rue Rambuteau is filled with speciality food shops and green grocers. On Sunday, the marais neighborhood is closed off to cars and becomes pedestrian, while the nearby Seine riverbank is always open to strollers, bike-riders and rollerbladers.
