Beautiful, quiet apartment in the heart of the 10th arrondissement of Paris, in a lively neighborhood with its many restaurants, theaters and stores.

The apartment is ideally located and easy to get anywhere in Paris with several metro lines nearby, located between Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Gare de l'Est.
Also easy access by train from Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport with the RER B.

The space
The apartment is located on the first floor, it overlooks the inner courtyard and is very quiet.
It has a living room with an open kitchen with everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, rice cooker, blender.

The living room consists of a very comfortable sofa bed and an LCD TV with many channels and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime.
The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress , a large closet with mirror, you'll find in the bathroom a walk-in shower and a WC.

Neighborbood Overview:

Located near République and Canal Saint-Martin the area is the kind of both a bohème and hipster place near The Marais and Opéra.
Everything is close to you in this area, grocery shop, many restaurant and bars, there's a very nice market called "Marché Saint-Martin" with fresh products from France just down the apartment. The "Canal Saint-Martin" where the movie "Amelie Poulain" has been shot is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Very popular for an amazing brunch :
"Holly Belly" and "Immersion" both located rue Lucien Sampaix
Le comptoir du marché just accross the building ( amazing brunch ! Available in the week-end only )

If you look for Japanese food I recommend : "Yoshi World" located rue de Lancry. Easy going sushi place and really good sushis and yakitoris.
