Studio refait a neuf récemment dans le 15e arrondissement.

The space
The flat is 21 sq. m with one room, one separated kitchen/living room and one bathroom.

It is all furnished (bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, hot plate, and fridge).
There is no washing machine, but right down the building there is a laundry.
The flat is at the 5th floor, without elevator, but I did it for the last 10 years and it is fine :).

Great district ! It is 5 min by walking from the “Champ de Mars”, “Ecole Militaire” and les “Invalides”. It is also 10-15min by walking from “Eiffel Tower”.

In the street behind the apartment, “rue Lecourbe”, one can find traditional shops such as independent cheese shops, butchers, and small fruits & legumes markets.

At 2 min by walking, there is “La Motte piquet”, with a lot of nice bars, restaurants, and a nice shopping street.

Super quartier, avec la tour Eiffel à quelque minutes à pied, la rue Lecourbe avec ses fromagerie, bouchers, boulangeries, juste à deux pas.

La rue du Commerce avec ses restaurants et bars est également très sympathique et à 5 minutes a pied.
