The space
This 35 sq.m (c.350 sq.f) 2-rooms appartment is typical of the parisian architecture, with most-sought details which are (decorative) fireplace, wooden floor and ceiling molding. With a view on courtyard, the place is incredibly quiet for the city (you can sleep with the window wide open without fearing to be bothered by any noise).
The fully-equiped kitchen (no microvawe oven though) enables guests to cook all the healthy, fresh products they'll find in the surrounding markets.
The bathroom is comprised of a shower (with separated WC).
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the appartment, with no restriction on anything (pretty much everything in it is usable - maybe not clothes though)
