I offer a newly furnished, clean and spacious living room with an amazing balcony to chill out. It’s a double couch bed in the living room, and there is enough space to keep personal belongings and relax in the flat. There is another private bedroom but ONLY the bathroom is shared by myself and guests. You have the kitchen to yourself. There is a lock in the living room for privacy. The flat is well located just 15mins to the center. Metro is just 2mins away from the flat

There is a parking for only the tenants but is based on first come first serve. Please contact me in advance if you arrive with a car so we can arrange that
