Au 1er etage , protégé des vis à vis par mes arbres.

life here is very cool , calm , inside with trees and flowers as in the country , but all fashion restaurants , bars and boutiques , included alimentary ,outside around it.( included the Bastille Opera )
very close to metros included Bastille station with many lines. very esay to go everywhere in Paris. Close also to Gare de Lyon , Gare du Nord and Gare de l' Est, to take trains to everywhere outside on Paris and of France ( to German, Belgium.....)
the flat is situated in a calm residence , face a wooded courtyard .
Don't forget the market , each thursday and sunday , untill 2pm.
