Lovely sunny 70m2 appartment ( wich is quite big for Paris) inside the city. Convenient for (5-6 persons) with sunny balcony.
Calm in a very lively neighbourghood and multicultural area with many restaurants, national theatres or smaller artistic places (many painters). 1 mn walking from the subway from métro and very quick acces to touristical sites (direct Bus for town hall, historical Paris, direct metro line for Montmartre, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees).
The space
We live in a very uncommon place in Paris because we have a big garden where the kids of free to play and we have a Parc with a view on Paris just in front : so many families leave here because there is a very nice feeling.
And it' also close from touristic sites of Paris in a very lively neighbourghood !
