Bright and sunny apartment facing with 1 bedroom and a large living room with a bedsofa for 2 people (preferably 2 children than adults). The apartment is in a stone building typical Parisian size, well located near the beautiful Parc Montsouris, one of the most beautiful in Paris.
The neighborhood is safe and is well connected by bus, subway (Glacière or Cité Universitaire), so you will be easier to explore other areas of the capital and exploring of Paris.
Please note that apartment is on third floor without elevator but floors in this building are quite small.
