You are between the "Panthéon" and the university "La Sorbonne". 180m2, sunny and calm though in the heart of lively Paris.

Our apartment is located 87, Boulevard Saint-Michel 75005 Paris. The entrance is in front of the "Jardins du Luxembourg". It is an authentical "haussmanien" flat with 6 fireplaces (one in each room, moldings and parquet floor everywhere, yet furbished in a contemporary and designed way). It has a 4 bedrooms. There are two large bathrooms and a half, an eat-in kitchen newly refurbished, with a cooking "piano" SMEG. Large windows everywhere. The living areas (living room and dining room) are spacious. All rooms are very sunny and quiet. The building is overlooking a small and nice yard.

Neighborbood Overview:

The area is absolutely fantastic! One of the best of Paris (the best in our opinion!) When you go out the building, you will face the entrance of the Luxembourg Gardens (where is the palais du Luxembourg). You are between the "Panthéon" and the university "La Sorbonne". If you go down the boulevard Saint-Michel (where is our address) for 10 mins, you will face Notre-Dame! It is in the historical center, it's very lively, 5/10 mins from the most famous bars of Saint-Germain des Prés. There are a lot of restaurants; as we are living here for a long time now, we can recommend a selection, from the tinniest and unkwown but very good restaurants to the finest "3 étoiles". In the Luxembourg gardens, you can have a walk, rest peacefully, have a picnic on the grass, play tennis (we have rackets for adults and kids) or go to the many attractions made for children. And not far neither (5/10 mins walk) is the "rue Mouffetard" which looks like a village with its daily market, bistros and pedestria

We both lived for 2 years in London and w now split our time between Paris and the south of France. Our 3 children : Max-Emmanuel, Lazare and Victoire are well-behaved and very nice kids. We love travelling, cooking, good wines and many things that make life greater...we also appreciate rest and family cocooning.
