The space
A great location in the center of Paris. Very secure area. Brand new flat, renovated in 2014 . Cosy, charming, very sunny and very quiet . A lot of books. And a piano. Sixth floor. Lift. The bureau very small ( 6 square meters ) could eventually be used for a teen ager or an adult as a second bedroom as it is not in the flat. It is outside the flat on the same floor at the end of a small corridor. This second bedroom is a perfect place to work.

The guest will have access to the whole flat, 2 cupboards.
