Super cosy apartment. Great location in Oberkampf street, around Ménilmontant/Belleville neighborhood. Lively and attractive area where many cafes, bars, restaurants and art galleries can be found. Close to the subway and the bus stations, you can easily join anywhere. You will enjoy your stay ;)
The space
Great location in a known street for its bars and restaurants, close to transportation and other everything. My small apartment is typically Parisian, very small (13m2) but very cute, and very functional, it is located on the 2nd floor without elevator, with 2 large windows on courtyard.
You reach the accommodation by the large courtyard, green, and very well maintained, which is among other things, the lodge of the caretaker.
The accommodation is composed of:
- A small entrance hall
- A semi-closed kitchen area with a kitchenette
- A small shower room (1 shower, 1 WC, no sink)
- A living area / bedroom
