The studio is located in the 10th district of Paris. You will be in an emerging district where the picturesque footbridges and bohemian cafés along the Saint Martin canal rub shoulders with the Indian restaurants of the Brady Passage. The streets around Place de la République are lined with trendy bars and restaurants, while the Saint Martin market offers stalls selling fine food. Rue Sainte-Marthe is a peaceful alleyway with art studios and restaurants serving international cuisine. This borough also includes the North and East stations.
