The apartment is in the center of Paris near Duroc. It is very quiet and bright. . It is the 6th floor (last floor, with an elevator!).
It’s very quiet because it overlooks a court. Bright come from a big bays windows.
The space
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and living room with a sofa/bed (for you). Upstairs, a sleeping area (for me), bathroom and toilet.
Becarful, the big window/bay haven’t curtains/flaps/shutters as a lot of light the morning in the room. I sleep on a futon in the other floor.
There is a kitchen with: - two hot plates - one oven/micro-wave - a fridge - a washing machine – a dishwasher and everything to cook.
There is also a small bathroom with - bath - sink. Toilet separated.
You will also have at your disposal an internet connection with optical fibre wireless Internet.
