The flat is well located 1 min walking to the Canal St Martin.

The space
It is a quiet and cosy flat in which I tried to give a touch of well-being. The main colors are white and wood, from the floor to the furnitures. The living room has a nice Prussian fire place, an open kitchen in which it is nice to have a drink with friends. The decoration is minimalist but there are some ornements from my trips and books. The bedroom is all in white with a huge and comfortable bed. the bathroom is kind of big for Paris with a shower.

The area is amazing for shopping, walking, drinking, eating, dancing, having fun, being surprised... The canal and the bridges bring an unique touch in Paris. A lot of people come here to run, to brunch, to walk, to have a drink, to discover the new trendy looks... Usually they all sit down along the canal and have a drink. There are plenty of cool restaurants, cafés, galeries, libraries, shoppings with the leitmotiv to surprise nicely Parisians. Close-by there are 2 special cinemas MK2 along the canal, all movies in Original Version with subtitles. A bit further up, there are the parc "les buttes Chaumont" fabulous place and la cité des sciences de la "Villette". Further down, there is la place de la république which allows you to enjoy all center boroughs walking.
