The apartment I live in was completely refurnished in 2014 - protected access (2 codes) - 4th floor - very friendly neighbors.
It’s a wonderful, safe (protected access) and very quiet place.
The apartment is spacious - 1 BDR, comfortable and bright (windows everywhere overlooking the courtyard), with wooden floors in the living room and the bedroom and ancient tiles in the entrance.
