This bright apartment is spacious and ideal for a family or group of friends. It's in a beautiful building, in a calm and very safe neighborhood with quite a few good restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Also really close to the Eiffel Tower (15 min walk)

The space
Double-salon living and dining rooms are incredibly bright with the sunshine from floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of seating for everyone around the table and in the family room. We also have lots of DVDs you can feel free to watch on a rainy Paris day.

Guest access
Since this is our home, a few of our closets are not accessible to guests. All rooms are accessible, except the baby's room. The space available to our guests is approximately 85 square meters.

Neighborbood Overview:

Beaugrenelle is a great area of Paris, filled with restaurants, shops, and a brand new shopping center in case you forgot anything. It's very close to the Eiffel Tower (15 min walk) but still gives you the impression that you are off the beaten tourist path. The avenue is shaded by tall trees lining the sidewalks, making you want to stop at one of the charming cafes and just take it all in.

Everything you need for a few days in Paris is within five minutes walking distance, including five bakeries, 2-3 butchers, two wine shops, and a cheese shop. This doesn't even include the many restaurants, ranging from traditional French to Persian.
