The view over Paris from the 7th floor is phenomenal with an east view and a 30 square meter terrace redone in July 2021. The most pleasant is when you wake up when the light pierces the apartment!
Finally, one of the assets is the calm of the apartment located in a lively district. Also, there is no vis-à-vis with a completely unobstructed view of Paris.

The space
The view over Paris and the calm of the 60m2 apartment located on the 7th floor make the apartment unique in Paris (there is indeed an elevator) given it's above the roofs. It is an apartment where art is very present as I am an artist and where you will find design pieces and original works by artists.
