Villa Ammos is located at the beach of Afrathias, close to Kalamaki and Kamilari. With 2 bedroom it is perfect for 4, but it can accommodate up to 6 persons, since it has a couch in the living area.
The mix of old stone house and modern style with all amenities makes the place unique, as does the location - it is the only rental house at this beach.

It has a garden, BBQ, sitting area with a big table under a tree, where you will spend lovely nights while listening to the sounds of the sea...

You will enjoy the silence of the area, there are no hotels at this beach, just a small tavern and some private houses...

We have a private parking and a gate, so you don't have to worry about anything, while you are out for trips

The house is just a few minutes walk from the sea and in a very quite area. The beach is mix with sand and pebbles, there are also some flagstones in the water and you can have a nice walk along the sea (about 25min) until the next village Kalamaki. From there the beach turns into a white sandy beach and you can walk along to Komos beach, which is one of the best beaches of Europe It is a natural beach, without houses, just with 2 taverns and a little hidden beach bar in the center of the beach.

At our beach there is one small tavern, for coffee, snacks, salates and nice plates with typical Cretan food. We have also many other good taverns in our area, like in the village Kamilari (5min by car) you will find good places like taverna Kypos, Chrisopigi, the famous pizzaria...
Then you can go the Sivas, where we have fantasic places and of course also in Matala, where is also the night live with bars, cafes, live music and a club directly at the sea (hakuna matala).
