This impressive, well appointed villa boasts amazing views of the neighbouring mountains, countryside and out to the glistening Aegean sea. The Villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, three balconies to take in those views, sun terrace and family sized pool. For added comfort, from 2022 the downstairs bedroom will feature a Superking bed. There is private parking for up to three cars.

Kalathos Heights is a small community of private villas nestling along the hillside and planted with mature palms and colourful oleander. Villa Irene is located on the top row.

At the base of the hill is the South coast road through Kalathos (around 1 kilometre away). There is a bakery, chemist and 2 petrol stations. A mini market is located at one of the petrol stations, the main supermarket is further along. All these amenities are within a 5 minute drive. Kalathos beach stretches 4km and is around 1.5 kilometers away. Water activities are available including a glass bottom boat, inflatable rides (including banana ride and sofa) and boat trips to nearby Lindos. There is a mini market just off the beach road and at one of the petrol stations on the main road. To stock up on essentials the main supermarket is on the South road towards Lindos and is 5 minutes by car.
