Villa Layla is an amazing architect villa located in the Cyclades on the island of Kea. It is modern and plenty of light, wide opened to the sea bay and to eco-friendly hills, planted with grapes, wild figs and apricot and lemon trees, typical of greek traditional landscape. The villa is decorated with comfortable and esthetic design pieces and is located in most precious spot in Kea.

The space
From the House, and by foot, you can enjoy the beautiful sailing and fishermen’s port of Vourkari with its amazing blue waters, delicious restaurants ( the Vourkarion is a great one !), relaxing bars, art avant-garde Gallery and cool boutiques are all around the Vourkari Bay.

Also, the Villa is very close to beautiful and idyllic beaches, the closest is 15 minutes walk from the house, it is a small beach nested in a rock cove, with turquoise waters, clean blond sand and old pine trees, the beach owns a nice coffee-bar to get lunch and drinks over the day.
