Villa Lefkothea is a 4 bedroom stone built villa which is situated on the highest level of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is named after the goddess of waters. It stands on a plot of about an acre offering uninterrupted views of the sea & the surroundings even from the interior. The unique construction dated a century ago makes it an impressive villa. It has an oblong private pool and two shaded outdoor dining areas.

The space
Villa Lefkothea consists of 2 levels. On the first level (ground floor) you may find the full equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the 2nd level (1st floor) you may find 2 more bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms.

It is 70 kilometers away from Chania center, 88 kilometers away from Chania International airport and 35 kilometers away from Kasteli town, where you may find super markets, pharmacies, shops, cafeterias and many tavernas. Famous Elafonisi beach is minutes away (15 kilometers). Falassarna beach 30 kilometers away. There are pharmacy and mini markets 15 kilometers away from the villa. Close to Kimothoe villa you will find many small picturesque villages where you will definitely experience the real Cretan way of living and hospitality. Travel Details from the host -> My name is Lefteris Martsakis and I was born and raised in Chania, Crete. From my early childhood I remember being in our family business "Amygdalia Villas" complex. For me tourism and hospitality is much more than a profession or a way to get an income. The only break I had from Amygdalia villas and the picturesque village of Livadia was while studying Tourism and Hospitality Management. After finishing my studies I returned to the beautiful scenery of Livadia with one and only goal: to improve our family business and show all our guests what Greek hospitality is all about.
