Villa Levande is a brand new 2-bedroom villa with gorgeous sea views and a private pool in the traditional village of Sfinari, at about 1100 meters from the sandy/pebble beach. The nearest tavern and a mini market can be found in very short walking distance. Two separate bedrooms plus an attic next to the second bedroom, and two bathrooms are provided.

The space
Villa Levande is about 100 sq m and it has two floors designed in a beautiful way. An open plan living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen which opens to the swimming pool area through glass doors are provided on the pool floor. One bedroom with a double bed and a common shower bathroom are provided on the pool floor as well.

An interior staircase leads to the top floor, where one bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a cabin shower, as well as a furnished terrace are offered. An attic is also provided in this floor, with two more additional single beds.

Travel Details from the host -> We are twin brothers living in Chania, Crete for the last 10 years and we own the local travel agency TheHotel gr providing travel services (accommodation, car rental, transfers, excursions, trips with small yachts, a private chef, wedding organization).
