The house is very central and easily reachable with various means of public transportation (metro, bus, train, electrical bus). The flat was renovated in November 2017 with a stylish modern clasic look. Both rooms are bright and airy with their own small balcony. It has new bathroom and kitchen, beds, mattresses, bedding, refrigerator, small stove, microwave oven, serving items etc. it can host up to 4 people at the same time.
