The space
Da ich umgezogen bin , mein ehemaliges Zimmer jedoch noch bis Ende Juni miete, stehen die 12 qm ab sofort frei für Deinen persönlichen Aufenthalt im sommerlichen Wien.

Die Matratzen können auch nebeneinander gelegt werden, so könnten zwei Personen übernachten.

Teilen würdest Du dir die (eigentliche 4er) WG mit Stefan, einem megasympathischen Studenten, der aber nicht allzu oft in der Wohnung weilt. Alle anderen Zimmer stehen frei bzw. werden auch über Airbnb vermietet.
Küche und Bad sind klein, aber fein. Dein Zimmer befindet sich direkt neben der Küche- also Mitternachtsimbissen ist vorgesorgt :)

Schloss Belvedere ist gleich bei Dir um die Ecke, ebenso der Hauptbahnhof. Auch zur Karlskirche kannst du entspannt in 10 min laufen.
Im Haus wohnen Familien bzw. tagsüber Firmen, es ist also alles sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Der 4. Bezirk ist kulinarisch tiptop! Für Tips stehe ich dann vor Ort gern zur Verfügung :)
