Our sunny apartment is 95m2 big + balcony (first floor) + terrace (second floor) with a stunning sunset view.

On the lower floor you find a spacious open space area with living room, kitchen, dining area and the sunny balcony.

On the same floor but in seperate rooms you find the bedroom (1.80*2.00 bed) and a beautiful small bathroom with maroccan tiles.

On the upper level you find a guest room with an attached bathroom aswell as the workspace.

The space
Our appartment is 2,5 years old - everything in it is new.

What makes it special:

- We designed and created this place from scratch throughout the last 3 years. We used a material-mix of metal, wood and strong colors. The interiour is mostly of very high quality and partly handmade

- it is an open space concept, yet all rooms that need intimacy (bedroom and bathroom) are separate

Travel Details from the host -> Hi world travelers! My name is Sebastian and throughtout the last 20+ years I have been quite a heavy traveler. I stayed in the US for a year at the age of 21, lived in Spain a couple of times for studies/work and spent 4 years in Paris before hitting the road for a 1 year worldtrip on a motorcycle in 2011/12. In 2018 I drove with the same motorcycle from Vienna to Marocco deep into the desert and back. This was my last "big trip"... 2007 I met my wife and mother of one crazy daughter (soon to be two!). She is originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina and moved to Vienna the year we met. Ever since we use Airbnb for our travels we loved the vast offer of exciting, creative and out of the box places. Since 2017 we own our new appartment which we created also with loads of inspiration from beautiful appartments we have seen over the last two decades. The result is - in our opinion - a real jewel! So, we decided to now become Airbnb Hosts ourselfs for the times we do not use our place ourselves. Our goal is to give you an unforgetable experience in our flat of well being as the perfect base to explore beautiful Vienna! We can welcome you in German/Englisch/Spanish/French or Serbian.
