Xyla Beach Studio 1 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

The space
The house is a beautiful studio located in the first level of the complex which can accommodate 3 guests featuring a double bed and a sofa bed, both in the living room. It also offers a fully equipped kitchenette, private parking, free wifi, and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy your coffee, drink or meal overlooking the Aegean sea.
