A cozy little house, located right in the heart of the Venetian old town of Chania and just a breath away from the old harbor and it's trademark lighthouse. Accommodating up to 3 people, it's ideal for a couple or a family with one kid, who want to enjoy the historical charm of the city as well as the city's liveliness.
The space
This two-storeyed cozy house has a unique style and a lot of character. In the ground floor, the same space share a dining room and a small kitchen equipped with cooking hobs, a small fridge and the basic cooking utensils and cutlery. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with a shower.
At the top of the stairs, on the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and right next to it there is another smaller bedroom with a single bed. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Finally, there is a table outside where you can enjoy your coffee or your meal.

During the Ottoman era the neigbourhood was the christian part of a predominantly Turkish district and you still can find next to the house the temple of Aghioi Anargyroi, which was the only Orthodox Church in the city until the 19th century, as well as the Bishop’s residence, “Despotiko”, that now is a beautifuly restored building right next to the house.
The house is accesed through a narrow, paved pedestrian street and it is surrounded by beautiful old buidings that gives the neighborhood a historical charm and the feeling of a local to those who stay in it.
A few minutes away from the house, there is Splantzia's square with it's big plane tree, which in recent years has been fully reformed and has been converted into one of the most popular neighborhoods, with cafes, bars and taverns,but still preserving all the features that reveal Chania's status
