The studio is located on the fourth floor in a well preserved, block of flats built in 1930's and you can either use the stairs or the elevator.

Having a small balcony with a good view of the Perikleous street, this minimal design open space is only a 2 min walk from Syntagma square and in walking distance to all major spots of interest of the city: Plaka, Monastiraki and Thission, the touristic old town, are a 10 min walk. Kolonaki, the chic part of the center with the high class shopping is only 5 min walk. Exarhia, the students’ and alternative crowd area is a 20 min walk. The building is situated in the so called “commercial triangle”, the old commerce area of Athens, marked by the three squares that define it: Syntagma, Monastiraki and Omonia square. Strolling around the area, you’ll find an enormous variety of specialized shops where one can buy from buttons and door locks to Locally Produced Cheese Shops and second hand clothes.
