This luxury unique loft studio of 44m2 is adjoined with my old town cottage home, but is an independent living area with a private garden. Its a very cozy and comfortable ground floor apartment with an open kitchen, loft bedspace, rainbow shower, little garden/terrace, all is renovated with high quality standards. Only my dog isn 't agree with the concept of private garden, and possibly he can put a toy in front of your door to play.
