Beautiful villa with spacious indoor & outdoor areas, just 300 meters from the famous sandy beach of Falasarna. It consists of five modern designed bedrooms divided into two floors and it can host up to 11 guests.

The space
Entering the Villa from the ground floor, you will find the airy living room with easy access to the outdoor area. In the living room there is a large sofa, a flat screen and a fireplace, ideal for family gatherings. Next to the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for an easy stay and a dining table with seating for 8 guests.
There are big window doors so you do not miss anything from the views even you are inside.
The villa consists of five airy comfortable bedrooms and five bathrooms.
In the outdoor area, a beautiful lawn surrounds the house. The terrace of the villa offers breathtaking views of unforgettable sunsets. Vineyards and olive trees surround this beautiful house.
