Safe quiet neighborhood of mostly families. Very peaceful after a day in the city. Right beside the subway station there is a smoothie/juice bar. It also sells fresh fruit & veg, & is beside an organic market, open 24hr. There are bodegas and delis 1 block in either direction of the place. Laundromat is one block away.
