A small but functional first floor studio situated in a quite pedestrian street a few steps away from the Place de La Republique. Quite literally one minute from the square, what it lacks in size, is made up for in location.
The space
The studio is bright and airy with two large windows. Kitchen facilities are limited but perfectly adequate for preparing light snacks. There is a microwave, fridge and vitro domino hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The bathroom is 'cosy' with lots of hot water, basin and loo.
The double bed is on a mezzanine floor accessed by a rather novel arrangement. Please see photos.
The building is busy and the entrance hall was once described by someone as Hemingwayian, a little harsh I feel, but true it could do with a lick of paint.
The studio itself however is fresh and clean and in a super spot.
