The space
It is a really charming and sunny apartment with a lot of space (75m²).

The apartment has wooden floors, a fully furnished kitchen and a lot of sunlight given by its nine windows.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed (190cm X 140cm). The room is big enough for a family with a child as I can provide an extra mattress if necessary.

The building is an old, chic 19th century of stone construction. The appartement is at the 5th floor with no elevator. The street is very nice and close to great restaurants and bars. Ideal if you want to discover the area. You are really in the heart of Saint Germain des Près.

Saint Germain des Près is the best place to live in Paris. Historic and prestigious district, at the heart of Paris, near the Louvre Museum, Latin Quarter, Luxembourg Garden, famous cafés as the Café of Flora and Les Deux Magots.

The district is also alive in the daytime and at night. You will find numerous cinemas, bars and restaurants for all budgets. It is wonderful for shopping and discover French brands.

Very easy to go Versailles as well.
