Located in the lively area of the 10th arrondisement, the apartment is within a pleasant walking distance to the Pompidou Museum (10 minutes), Canal St Martin (5 minutes) and the Grands Boulevards (2 minutes).
It is conveniently close to both Gare du Nord and Gare de L’est. Several metro lines are nearby: lines 4, 8, 9, 5, 7, as well as multiple bus options.
The 10th arrondissement is a very colorful and popular district, home to a diverse community of artists, journalists and where many different communities live harmoniously. There are wonderful grocers, cheese makers, bakeries, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Not to mention the galleries, cinemas & theaters, boutiques and concert venues that give this neighborhood a unique vibe. The area is a destination for Parisian gourmets, trendsetters and music aficionados. (The famous New Morning Concert Hall, is just down the street, but don’t worry, it’s soundproofed!)

J'ai un petit garçon qui a un frère et une soeur de son papa et nous les rejoignons très souvent à Bordeaux. Ce qui explique qu'un week-end sur deux quasiment nous pouvons louer l'appartement et que nous partons pour toutes les vacances.
