I have worked and traveled in Central and South America, now hiking in France is my holiday favorite. The kayak in my garden is a lovely way to escape the busy metropolis, 5 minutes from the coast and you are in the wild. The next challenge is, according to my friend, sporting cycling, which I'm excited about. But in real life, I do not take enough time for sports, I work late with my job and construction projects in my home and my country house. I love vegetarian food and my family and friends find my dishes tasteful and beautiful for the eye. Vegetables grown in the garden complement the bag of locally grown vegetables I get every week from the Copenhagen Food Community
