My place is located right in the center of Paris.
It's on the last floor of a triplex loft. It is a small private room
(10 m2 ) with private terrasse (10m2) up on the roofs, wich is really quiet .You will have a fantastic view on Sacré Coeur , Tour Eiffel , Opéra ,....and all Paris !
Your private shower is one floor down , toilet , lavatory , fridge private small kitchen ... is in your space .
( There is an elevator in the house )
The price includes all charges, cleaning fees, linen and towels.

This apartment is really well located, at only 1 minute walk to "Bonne Nouvelle" metro station (line 9 or 8) and 3 minutes walk from Strasbourg Saint-denis metro station (line 9, 8 or 4). You're only 10 minutes walk from Republic,le Marais, Chatelet les Halles, Opera, Montorgueil, Boulevard Haussmann with the Galeries Lafayette.
You have all the shops, supermarkets, restaurant and bars you need in the neighborhood.
