True eagle's nest, the house offers a panoramic view of the sea and Paros. It has a large 32m² terrace with swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area with a hard table for 8 people and a large electric plancha.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed 140.
Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope).

The house has 3 bedrooms including a children's room with a bunk bed (90x200) and a 140 sofa bed.
2 bathrooms in the house and an outdoor bathroom next to the pool and the outdoor kitchen (wc, shower and sink).

Guest access
Access to the villa is mandatory by car (4 wheel drive to be quiet) and the access path is unpaved (over 1 km) with 2 significant slopes.
A guide will be provided to you before your arrival with the route to access the house.
