Across from Mannekin Pis (15-20seconds walking), 3 minutes from Grand Place (walking, feels like less), 5 minutes from Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (walking). The apartment has recently been renovated. We offer WiFi throughout the entire apartment, a beautiful bed that is 160x200cm and a sofa, which turns into a bed 140x200cm. Well-equipped kitchen/dining area that allows our guests to feel comfortable to dine/cook during their stay. Cozy and simple apartment, we are slowly adding more too.
The space
The sofa is only made into a bed if the guest reserves for more than 2 people (3 or 4), there's a charge that automatically gets added.
Other things to note
There is only one evacuation for both the sinks/shower/toilet, this can sometimes mean there will be a smell of sewage coming from one of the above mentioned. Usually only happens when there’s a change in temperature/weather. This is due to the building being historical, and not like Germany Gran Plas and Manneken Pis within a 3 minute walk.
