Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr charmanten, lebendigen Umgebung. Direkt nebenan ist der Viktor Adler Markt, an dem man täglich frisches Obst und Gemüse kaufen kann. Die Favoritenstraße ist eine große Einkaufsstraße mit Fußgängerzone, in der es viele gemütliche Cafés und internationale Restaurants gibt. Da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße liegt ist sie sehr ruhig. Nicht weit entfernt und auch gut erreichbar ist das Naherholungsgebiet Wienerberg mit einem kleinen See, sowie der Böhmische Prater (ähnlich dem bekannten Wiener Wurstel Prater, nur kleiner und daher eigentlich gemütlicher und nicht touristisch). Am Reumannplatz (nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt) befindet sich der bekannte Eissalon Tichy, bei dem es die berühmten Original Wiener Eismarillenknödel gibt.
Wien gilt als eine der sichersten Städte Europas, daher kann man problemlos zu jeder Tages- oder Nachtzeit je nach Lust und Laune flanieren.
