Die Wohnung kann komplett genutzt werden, es gibt jedoch eine Kontaktperson in Wien. Die ruhige Wohnung liegt nur ca. 15 Minuten (mit U-Bahn) von der Innenstadt entfernt. Sie liegt zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Haus, die U-Bahn (U3) ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Alle Supermärkte befinden sich fußläufig und der Meiselmarkt bietet eine frische Alternative. Schloss Schönbrunn ist in einem Spaziergang in 30 Minuten erreichbar.

The space
Die Wohnung ist in ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche unterteilt. Badezimmer und WC sind separat begehbar. Es gibt genügend Stauraum, da meine persönlichen Gegenstände überwiegend aus der Wohnung entfernt sind. Die Couch ist keine Schlafcouch, wurde aber des öfteren als eine solche genutzt (zusätzliches Bettzeug wird vorhanden sein - eventuell für ein Kind). Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon möglich - die Wohnung soll rauchfrei bleiben. TV ist vorhanden (Satellit - kein ORF).
