Hi there, future airbnb tenant ;-)
We - Dominik (26) and Philipp (27) - are looking forward to hosting you in a spacious (23m2) and bright room of our shared flat.
Our spacious flat is located centrally in the 18th district of Vienna. The tram lines 40, 41, 42 take you to the city center in less than 7 minutes. Metro Line U6 is also located only 100 metres away.
You will be staying in a very vibrant and liveable area, with lots of parks, restaurants and bars around the corner.
The space
You will be hosted in the biggest room of our 89m2 flat. The room is equipped with a bed (1,40 x 2m - a professionally made pallet bed) and a sofa-couch. Furthermore, you can make use of a cupboard, a TV and desk.
Please note: The equipment of the room will change slightly, as my roommate is moving out at the end of July. All his personal belongings and part of his furniture. Everything will be replaced in an equal manner.

in area-Vienna, Wien, AustriaThe 18th district is one of the most liveable areas in Vienna. This is mainly due to its close vicinity to the city center and the green parks. The Türkenschanzpark (considered the most beautiful park) is only 10 minutes away, the Währinger Park is located within 5 minutes walking distance. On a very hot day, we highly recommend relaxing or having a picnic in one of these parks!
If you are interested in cultural activities, the Volksoper (opera house) is located only 100 metres away. The WUK, which is mainly a concert venue, is located only 300 metres away.
There are great bars and cafes located close by: Gasthaus Lechner serves traditional Viennese Dishes (including Schnitzel ;-)) and Cafe Lalibela, which is located right across the street, serves great Aethiopean dishes. George, the owner of the restaurant, is a really nice guy and always has great stories to tell. If you want to visit one of the traditional Viennese Cafes, make sure to stop by "Cafe Schopenhau
