It is a quiet place however it is next to one of the most lively areas of Chania, the area of Platanias and Agia Marina. Platanias and Agia Marina have some of the best cafes, restaurants, beach bars, clubs, and of course beaches. In Platanias, there are also shops and supermarkets for your necessities. The center of Chania is approximately 20 minutes by car.
