In the trendy neighbourhood of Saint Gilles, our 300m2 loft is off the street, divided on 3 floors around a lush courtyard. Wood, brick walls, industrial beams, and large windows enhance its charm. Large open living areas contrast with cosy bedrooms.
The space
As you enter the home via the courtyard, you arrive on the main floor, a large open space which combines kitchen and living room with fireplace and a piano. Off to the side you find a small and cosy TV room as well as a toilet.
On the upper floor, a large open space combines the master bedroom, a desk / working space, and a comfortable sofa with home cinema to watch movies from your laptop or on the DVD player.
On the lower level, we find 3 bedrooms, the bathroom, laundry room and another small living room with sofa.
