It's a cozy and cute guest house, with 1 room with 2 built beds (size: 2m x 4m) and 1 private but separate bathroom outside-next door (size: 1,5m x 4m), just as shown in the photos. It's located in Parikia, the capital of Paros, in a quiet location, close to the center of town (500m away). The famous beach "Livadia" with the blue waters is just 1km away. Please note the last 200 meters to the guest house is uphill.
