A four acres land, with olive trees and vines, magnificent sea view and absolute privacy.

The space
The top floor Deluxe family apartment, that accommodates max 5 persons has a spacious private sunprotected veranda with kitchenette and amazing sea view.
The kitchen is small, but adequately equipped so that you can prepare breakfast and meals. If something is missing, feel free to ask for.
There is outdoor shower which is very convenient after the sea and laundry available for free.
The access to the apartment is one level stairs, with parking area only a few steps away.

Andros is a big island, with unique image transitions, between the capital of arts and museums Chora, with the renovated mansions and the neighbouring villages that preserve the rich atmosphere of its maritime tradition, the lush hinterland with abundant running waters, the stone traditional settlements and the traditional monasteries.
The port of Gavrio is at approx 4 km from Kypri.
Kypri is at a short distance (3km) from the village of Batsi and 200m approx from the sea and the bus stop. The closest beach is Kypri, which is sandy at 200m approx. and then Golden Sand beach and Ag Petros. All these are organised with beach bars and parking space.
There is a bakery and a large super market close to Gavrio port.
At distances of 5-10 min by car, there are nice restaurants.

Travel Details from the host -> We are a couple that lives in Andros island permanently for the last 15 years. We love this island very much and a few years ago we decided to offer a bit of local experience through accommodating guests in our own property. We have 3 apartments, suited for families in a green land full of olive trees and vineyards, close to 3 sandy beaches, among the best of the island. Myself, Stelios, I have been engaged for many years with the tourism industry on a pan-Hellenic level. I also love music and wooden constructions, where I constantly create for the apartments and the outdoors of my property.
