Large and bright room with a bath in a splendid lofty apartment near the lakes of Ixelles and Flagey. A few minutes from the city center, enjoy this comfy and stylish apartment, which I rent while I go myself on a trip!

The space
The room is very spacious (about 30 m2), quiet and bright, and has view on backyards. It has its own bath and sink. The flat is shared, with one flatmate (normally if I rent the room (it's my own), it means I'm travelling !). But I'll guarantee you'll feel at home! I leave the place as it is, with my things, my pictures, souvenirs... and my plants! By renting it, I give my trust, and I expect from my guests an absolute respect of the space (and what goes with it).
The flat is also very well located, near beautiful lakes, parcs, and yet close to the city center (lots of public transport nearby) and an animated square called Place Fagey. Very nice on weekends, with a good food market...

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Place Flagey (good food market on weekends, lots of bars and restaurants, a very cultural center with very a good concert and film programmation), the bucolic Etangs d'Ixelles (ponds of Ixelles) and the beautiful abbaye of La Cambre, perfect for picnic when weather allows! In 15 min by feet you can also reach the Bois de La Cambre, a large wood in the middle of the city, and on the other side the merchant streets, bars and cinemas around Saint Boniface, Fernand Cocq, the chaussée d'Ixelles (Porte de Namur - metro station), avenue de la Toison d'Or and avenue Louise, as well as the rue du Bailli, Châtelain and its trendy boutiques. Flagey has a lot to offer, but you can see that from there it is also very easy to access any point of interest in Brussels, really!

Travel Details from the host -> We are a couple working in cinema, living in Brussels. We end up going quite often abroad, so we decided to rent our apartment while we are gone. The space we live in is a former warehouse we renovated with care. We are glad to share it with people who appreciate the personal feel that comes with renting one's actual home.
