Mein Apartment liegt im absolut ruhigen Hinterhaus in Mitten des belebten Brunnenviertels, gleich neben dem berühmten Brunnenmarkt und Yppenplatz. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür (mit der "Bim" gelangt man in 10 min ins Stadtzentrum, 1.Bezirk), die U-Bahn gleich ums Eck am Gürtel.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Das Apartment im 1.Stock verfügt über 2 Zimmer, eine kleine "Teeküche" und ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC (gesamt35qm). Die Einrichtung ist eine entspannte Mischung aus Antiquitäten, Designklassikern und selbst gebautem.
