Check out a concert at Beacon Theater, take your kids to Riverside Park (Hippo Playground is good) or to Central Park for a picnic and frisbee in Sheep's Meadow.

Travel Details from the host

This property is incredibly special to me. My parents originally purchased in 1972 with several of their friends. I believe the original farm land acreage was around 200. They generously subdivided it among their friends and my fathers brother and over the course of about forty years renovated two of the houses on a plot of 35 acres. There is still one small house to go that my wife and I plan to tackle eventually. It's really one of a kind in the area because there is so much land and so much variety of landscaping. I love Airbnb'ing it so people can become acquainted with this incredible part of the world. Enjoy!
