The flat is on the 3rd floor with elevator. You will find in the flat:
- a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen table, basic kitchen ustentils and supplies)
- a premium quality, extra comfy queen size bed (with storage place underneath)
- a sofa bed for 2 people with premium matteress
- an elegant bathroom with a shower and toilets (including samples of shampoo and body wash) - towels and linen are provided
- High speed (Optic fiber) Internet is included
- Air conditioning is included

Guest access
The flat is entirely independent. A closed communicating door with my flat is only used in case of emergency

The flat is right on Place Victor Hugo which is a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of Paris, very centrally located and highly appreciated by Parisians. Grocery store (Franprix) right across the street, excellent bakery, several restaurants and shopping streets right there!
You are only 5/10 minutes away (walking) from the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Arc de Triomphe (on top of the famous Champs Elysées) on the other side.

Nous sommes un jeune couple avec quatre enfants... Dynamiques, entreprenants, nous aimons voyager et découvrir de nouveaux horizons. Je suis moitié brésilienne, moitié polonaise, nous nous sommes rencontrés en Ukraine, nous sommes mariés en Italie et envisageons de passer quelques années à l'étranger! Mais nous restons avant tout des amoureux de Paris, toujours fascinés par le charme, l'élégance et la diversité de ses quartiers...!
