Charming two-room flat with american kitchen, located between Belleville and the Canal st Martin. It looks out to a lovely little square full of trees, between a couple of streets populated by art studios with colorful façades ! Two steps away: shops, lots of great restaurants, a food market on Saturdays, Belleville's famous "chinatown", the Canal st martin and the Parc des Buttes chaumont. The apartment is luminous as it has 3 windows; it has a new convertible sofa (delivered end of June).
The space
The apartment has been renovated and furnished less than 5 years ago. It has a washing machine, a fully equipped american kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster...). A brand new convertible sofa will be delivered end of June (does not appear in the photos). You can use my TV and my speakers. It is located on the 3rd floor, and is particularly luminous as it looks out to the Sainte-Marthe square.
